33mmk Terms & Conditions

This document is a legally binding agreement between players who access the 33mmk platform (https://33mmk.run) and 33mmk. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

When registering an account at 33mmk, the following must be followed—

• Personal information such as name, national ID number, or phone number must be provided accurately and in full.
• Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed by 33mmk immediately.
• You must keep your log-in credentials (username/password) secure and must not share them with anyone. 33mmk is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account.
• Only one account is allowed per player. Opening additional accounts may result in the full forfeiture of bonuses and rewards, and the account may be suspended.

The financial terms and conditions are as follows—

• Minimum deposit — 3,000 Ks for any payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks.
• Once a withdrawal is accepted by 33mmk, it is normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.
• Players must deposit using only their own verified funds. Deposits from third parties are not allowed.
• For all deposits and withdrawals, players must complete 33mmk's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal requests being put on hold.

All bonus offers from 33mmk are subject to the following general terms—

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 200% bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of 100,000 Ks. To unlock the bonus for withdrawal, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.
• Example — 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
• Example — 2: Deposit 120,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 220,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
• If 33mmk determines that a bonus has been intentionally misused, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.
• The validity period and usage terms of each bonus must be checked on the promotions page.

33mmk has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• Higher VIP tiers come with more rewards. Tier progression is based on play frequency and consistent activity.
• VIP cashback is paid out only after verification against bonus wagering records, and is subject to platform activity.

The 33mmk platform has the following policies in place to protect players—

• Casino games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all results are provably fair.
• 33mmk does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, stop playing and contact customer support. 33mmk cannot be held responsible for losses that occur while continuing to play through a known issue.
• If a player disconnects and incurs a loss, the outcome will be determined based on a review of the game round in progress at the time of disconnection.

33mmk may suspend, restrict, or close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following occurs—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found.
• Fraudulent financial activity is sufficiently evidenced.
• Multiple accounts are found to be held by the same player.
• A player is found to have exploited a known error to claim bonuses.
• A genuine attempt to breach the platform's cybersecurity is confirmed.

After an account is closed, an investigation will be conducted to determine whether any remaining balance can be returned. If no bonus abuse is found, the balance may be refunded after verification.

• Personal data provided by players is used only for delivering platform services and for KYC purposes.

• Delays caused by a bank or payment company when funds have been sent to the player.
• Losses caused by internet connection failures or issues outside 33mmk's control.
• Losses resulting from the player sharing their log-in details with a third party.

• You can request a self-exclusion to pause your gaming activity.

If a dispute arises between a player and 33mmk that cannot be resolved directly—
